How long does it take to custom frame something?
It generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to custom frame your artwork, with most orders falling closer to the 2-week mark. In the case that you have a special event and would like to have something framed quicker, we can always rush an order to meet your deadline.
When I drop something off to be framed, where is the work actually done?
Being a locally owned and operated company, all custom picture framing is done in house. All the materials that are necessary to complete your order are ordered and then sent to our store. Once the materials arrive, we begin to craft all the pieces together ourselves.
How is my art stored and is it safe?
When it comes to art care handling, packaging and storage, no step is overlooked. All of our designers are highly trained in the best techniques for art care handling and storage.
